These Terms govern your use of StopVibecode (the "Service"), operated by Volodymyr Antoniuk, Kyiv, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By visiting the site, joining the waitlist, or using the onboarding flow, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service is today

StopVibecode is currently a pre-launch marketing funnel: a landing page and an onboarding quiz used to collect waitlist signups ahead of the full product. Any demo, mock-up, or "preview" of product features shown on the site is illustrative and not a representation of a shipped, working product.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you a spot and lets us contact you when the product is ready. It is not a purchase, a subscription, or a reservation of price or availability. We may change the release date, pricing, or scope of the product at any time before launch.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or its APIs.
• Don't use the waitlist form or contact channels to send spam or unsolicited commercial content.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — copy, design, code, and demo material — belongs to Volodymyr Antoniuk unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

No warranty

The site and any demo content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the product will ship on any particular date, or at all.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volodymyr Antoniuk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
